Kirsty Scott is the Human Resources and Office Manager for Ruffian, leading on the development and delivery of a first class HR service ensuring that effective strategies, policies and procedures are supporting the company to achieve its vision, aims and objectives.
Kirsty’s background in the games industry from 2001 has been with working with Visual Sciences (F1 titles, Harry Potter Quidditch World Cup, Medal of Honor: Rising Sun) and Real Time Worlds (Crackdown, APB) has created a fond affinity for the industry and created strong relationships within. She specialises in the search and selection of highly creative staff within all disciplines, performance and development of employees’ career cycle, and providing guidance, advice and support.
Aside from HRM, Kirsty is the first point of contact for the company and responsible for the smooth running of the office using a combination skills and experience of professionally running office administration.
